About Us:

Ming Liang Chinese Preschool focuses on providing students with a safe and fun environment to learn and build on their Mandarin and language learning skills, while making lasting friendships and cultivating a love and desire for learning languages in the process. 

​

The director, Teacher Shirley, has over 20 years of experience working with preschool students in a Chinese immersion environment. She opened her preschool in El Cerrito in February 2006 as a small family daycare and nurtured it into a large family daycare in August 2007, caring for students for years.  She moved to San Ramon and opened her Ming Liang Chinese Preschool in 2018. She works with each student to ensure their personal growth, encouraging their personal growth.

 

Our Services:

We offer a Chinese immersion preschool program for students 14 months to 7 years old. Daily activities include circle time, where we sing Chinese and English songs, ABCs, numbers/shapes/colors/etc in Chinese and English, outside play time, and other activities.  Students about to enter kindergarten will receive preparation in writing their ABCs, numbers, their names.  Healthy and balanced meals and snacks are provided at no extra cost.  Potty training is provided when a student is ready or at the request of the parents; we work closely with the family and student to ensure that the potty training process is smooth.
